Kaiyo Grill & Sushi

Kaiyo Grill is worth a stop if you love fresh sushi, wood-grilled items and some very classy, innovative cuisine. The dining area is very casually hip with soft lighting, whimsical Keys art and background music that creates a warm ambiance to better enjoy your meal. You can also opt to dine al fresco on their wrap-around porch. The menu has a very Asian flair and makes good use of the local fresh catches of the Keys. There are so many delicious dishes it is hard to go wrong but some of the favorites are rack of lamb with honey-brandy sauce, Alligator Light Hogfish with crabmeat stuffing, grouper cheeks with smoky kim-cheese sauce, lemon-seared chicken with spinach and prosciutto or any of their sushi such as macadamia hogfish roll. Desserts are also delightful.
