Big Pine Key

Old Florida Lifestyle
deer run bed and breakfast

If you want to see what the old Florida Keys lifestyle was like before commercialization hit then visit laidback Big Pine Key. Here in this group of Keys, Big Pine, Ramrod and Little Torch, you will find just a few places for lodging, among them are quaint bed & breakfasts, basic but charming keys-style cottages, 1960’s bungalows and motels on marinas and a few campgrounds.

You will find most rooms have very nice water views, are equipped with kitchens or kitchenettes and offer onsite kayaking and snorkeling. Two exceptions are Little Palm Island, which resides on its own island off Little Torch Key and a beach house set on its own private island that can be rented weekly or monthly and comes with its own boat.

So if you are looking to unwind, get away from it all and get back to basics, this is the island for you.
